Order And Shipping Confirmation
Whether ordering online or through our Customer Care Department, you will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed. A separate email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number will also be sent.
Warranty
LUMI™ is covered by a one year warranty on all parts and labor. To learn more about the details of this warranty, please read the Policies page.
Returns / Refunds / Cancellations
EvoDerma offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your LUMI™, or if you would like to return it for warranty service, please call our Customer Care Department to arrange your return. For more information, read the Return Procedure section on our Policies page. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to cancel your order, please refer to the “Cancellations” section on our Policies page.

Shipping Time
LUMI™ is shipped in 1-3 business days or 5-10 business days (for free shipping) depending on the shipping method chosen. All products are shipped securely and require a Signature Upon Delivery. No delivery to P.O. boxes. To receive prompt delivery, ensure that someone is there to accept the package. To track your shipment online, simply login to evoderma.com with your provided username & password and then click on your tracking number.
International Shipping
LUMI™ offers shipping to clients around the world. Shipping time will depend on your location. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Care Department.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not there to receive your delivery, we will attempt to re-deliver your LUMI™. If we are unable to deliver it, it will be held at the courier’s office for pick-up. If it is not picked up in a reasonable amount of time, it will be sent back to EvoDerma and you will have to pay an additional cost amounting to a 20% handling fee plus all the shipping charges to have your LUMI™ shipped again.
